Chart check-in, reconciliation, and follow-up of missing documentation.

Prepping, scanning, indexing, and quality control validation of all medical records.

Performs data entry functions by hand-keying electronic information into various data systems to maintain updated information for future use and analysis.

Updates spreadsheets and data systems with updated content to maintain accurate information.

Exemplify caring and compassionate customer service to create an excellent patient experience.
