Primary Responsibilities:
- Test, evaluate, disassemble, and repair aerospace electronic and electro-mechanical components and assemblies under FAA Part 145 regulations.
- Interpret and verify customer complaints.
- Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
- Perform maintenance using Component Maintenance Manuals and other technical documentation.
- Document findings and develop repair plans under supervision of FAA Part 65 Repairmen.
- Document work performed to return repair articles to service.
- Generate test reports.
- Work under limited supervision.
- Maintain the high ethical standards, even when challenged from above.
- Understand and live by Korry’s ethics and business conduct policies.
- Minimum AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post-high school training (two years duration), or equivalent military training, in Electronics.
- Experience with digital and analog electronics and general hands-on mechanical experience.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years’ combined training/experience in electronics.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Previous experience working under FAA Part 145 regulations.
- Day Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Occasionally it may be required to work outside normal hours, including weekends, to meet the customer needs.
Please note the typical hiring range is $25.00- $32.00 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
