How You’ll Spend Your time (administrative):
- Preparing engagement letters and business correspondence
- Preparing, formatting, and proof-reading presentation documents for accuracy
- Managing information, filing systems, faxing, scanning, copying
- Monitoring deadlines and the workload and deliverable turnaround time of all members of the admin team
- Coordinating conference call and in-house meetings with clients
- Ordering supplies and organizing them
- Ordering meals for events and meetings
- Processing mail
- Working on special projects Occasional lifting of boxes or other office supplies that do not exceed 20lbs
- Climbing or reaching
How You’ll Spend Your time (office manager):
- Supervising administrative staff
- Monitoring deadlines and the workload and deliverable turnaround time of all members of the admin team
- Providing training and guidance to all the admin team and onboards new admin team members.
- Responsible for overall office and facilities management – interacts with building management with regards to safety and security of the building and suite, maintenance issues, repairs, service and delivery matters; point person for all maintenance requests -submitting, following up, ensuring they are complete.
- Overseeing all office and kitchen supplies and cleanliness of overall office.
- Managing office security systems.
- Working closely with PIC, to coordinate office events and ensures that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- A/P management (PaperSave)- review invoices in papersave prior to PIC approval before it goes to finance for payment.
- Identifying, creating, and running weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate office’s progress toward goals.
- Serving as primary point of contact/liaison between the office and various firmwide teams, including HR, Coaching, and Marketing.
- Assisting partners and Managers in office with ad hoc requests.
The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience of 5-7+ years in a similar role
- Must process excellent Word, Outlook and Excel skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary software
- XCM, GoSystems, or experience with other tax software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type at least 55 wpm
- Prior experience is a plus
Ideal candidates must be highly motivated, possess a high level of professionalism, be organized and detail oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a high level of professionalism.

Washington, D.C. ranges are from $65,000 - $80,000 annually
