Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Reviews, analyzes, and provides summary consolidation of:
- Preliminary capital budget (June – August)
- Final capital budget (October – December)
- All discretionary and CEO capital budget requests
- Capital budget coordination for "Corporate" entity
- Provides training in the capital budget system for corporate employees.
- Coordinates the capital budget submittal and reporting "Corporate" entity.
- Control and approval of approved capital requests for rolling stock, tooling, and corporate-controlled accounts for all divisions.
- Manages the daily processing of the capital budget system and updates the capital budget and compliance systems.
- Special projects and production system support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of engineering, finance and operations including working knowledge and / or graduate-level instruction of industrial and manufacturing engineering, information systems and capital budgeting.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of management.
- Project management and computer skills, including programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to speak English fluently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Financial, Engineering, IT or related field required.
