Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
- Maintain and improve the performance and configuration of data storage systems.
- Monitor problem tickets and support resolution for current technology.
- Identify reoccurring issues and propose long term solutions.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT service management best practices and industry standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of working experience with SQL Server Database Languages and Systems. (Required)
- 1-year minimum experience of Windows Desktop/Server Support
- 1-year minimum experience with PC Software Support conducting upgrades, installations and initial troubleshooting and escalations to appropriate teams.
- 1-year minimum experience with Active Directory Management – Management of AD group, user, and computer/server objects.
- Experience with C# Coding particularly using .NET framework.
- Knowledge of SaaS and PaaS systems including data in the cloud.
- Initiative-taking, well organized, flexible, and able to manage the pressure of a high-volume operation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to crawl under/over spaces; ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible work schedule.
Education
- 1-3 years IT Experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field required.
