Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Working across phases of the full SAP Activate Methodology and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) life cycle, including Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run for the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA) and Controlling (CO) module, Cost Center, Internal Orders, and Product Costing modules;
- Translating business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications, use cases, mock-ups, process maps, and workflows, leveraging SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft (MS) Word, and ServiceNow;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, using SAP FICO, HP ALM SAP, SolMan, and ServiceNow;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using MS PowerPoint, MS Visio diagrams, MS Word, and MS Excel;
- Providing industry insight and analytical support, using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Celonis, Power BI, and Blackline;
- Creating screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; and
- Facilitating requirement gathering, to-be process flow confirmation, design workshops, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Smoke Testing, Performance Testing, testing workshops, and cutover support for client meetings, utilizing Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit (LTMC) and MS Excel Macro.

Position Summary
Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Provide SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Design and develop data validation processes, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using SAP software data quality and data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP modules. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document. Support the creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.
