What you will do:
The Clinical Associate will build collaborative relationships with customers and Account Managers in the Acute Care business to ensure product satisfaction, sustain improved outcomes and accelerate product pull-through.
Additional responsibilities:
- Deliver on Acute Care goals and metrics for accounts within assigned geography
- In partnership with Senior Manager of Clinical Solutions, establish routine cadence of communication with assigned regional sales teams understand target accounts for clinical solutions, provide updates on active account best practices.
- Identify field trends that have the potential to impact other areas of the US and report trends and any actions plans to the Business Unit
- Provide feedback and assist as needed to the Senior Manager of Clinical Solutions to the development of new clinical solutions that offer additional value within the portfolio and/or Division
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related discipline required
- Current RN licensure preferred
- Experience as a registered nurse preferred, ideally in critical care
