You will:
- Enable Sales on NVIDIA-based solutions and support joint opportunities across Dell, NVIDIA, and the ISV ecosystem.
- Develop a visionary and strategic framework for a powerful alliance between NVIDIA and Dell, while identifying and presenting opportunities for synergies and market expansion to leadership.
- Collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Presales, L&D, CoC, and Services internally to foster strategic partnerships, expand the customer base, and optimize sales opportunities.
- Support tracking and measurement of campaign effectiveness, opportunity acceleration, trainings, etc.
- Develop use cases for the enterprise with NVIDIA-based solutions with a deep understanding of enterprise challenges, the value of the Dell ecosystem, and craft joint solutions.

The Business Development Manager in the AI industry must possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications. They must be persistent, with a “can do” attitude to support whale-hunting campaigns led by Sales teams & AI BDMs. They should be proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will strive for highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. They also possess an entrepreneurial mindset, actively engaging in problem-solving and iteration to refine GTM strategies in line with market evolution.
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships with sales and partners supporting business development in the respective regions.
- Enablement skills, capable of driving and promoting their solutions.
- Technologist approach with a deep understanding of NVIDIA-based solutions & ecosystem. Possess an aptitude for "AI-speak", staying up to date on NVIDIA advancements.
- Understand large enterprises, corporate and government businesses.
Desirable Requirement
- Field sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree.
