Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Federal

What you'll do:
- Prospect, identify, qualify and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings goals.
- Leverage your knowledge of public sector trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop productive strategic partnerships and build a productive ecosystem in the Federal space
- Conduct meetings with C-suite and speak as a thought leader in this space.
- Partner with our product team to provide feedback on trends and identify opportunities to provide greater value to customers.
- Grow the team as we continue to scale.
What we value:
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5 years in Federal/Public Sector sales -- startup or early stage company experience strongly preferred
- A consultative and solution/value selling approach to closing new business
- Solid understanding of the Federal market and government agencies (DOD, FSI, Intelligence, etc.)
- Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills at the client C-level.
- Superior research skills, and ability to acquire in depth knowledge of your prospect's/customer's business, organizational structure, and business processes to grow sales
- A consistently strong record of achievement in advanced enterprise sales
- Team players who are curious, obsessed with outcomes, flexible, creative, and proactive.
- Experience with corporate training products/services a plus.
