and maintain relationships with property managers, insurance agents, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the water damage and restoration
on-site inspections and assessments of water-damaged properties to understand the extent of the damage and provide accurate estimates for restoration
clients on our range of water damage and restoration solutions, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, mold remediation, and structural
and present comprehensive proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each
closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects and timely completion of
informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to water damage
networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our services and build brand
and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and

Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the water damage and restoration industry or a related
Certification a
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and
negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our services
and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales
to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines and sales
with CRM software and basic computer skills for sales reporting and communication driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the designated sales
