ASSISTANT MANAGER, MEDICAL AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT

As a part of the above and on an ongoing basis will also:
- Manage health management programs and systems
- Develop, review and administer regulatory and MTM site standards and programs
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Develop and maintain program reviews with medical providers and production management team
- Manage data analysis tools of occupational leave information to determine trends and countermeasure activities to resolve problems and improve outcomes
- Manage processes for MTM’s case management between with workers’ compensation, medical leave
- Coordinate MTM’s job placement activities and ensure compliance for reasonable accommodation
- Manage systems for coordination with internal and external Medical providers
- Manage strategic KPI improvement projects
- Maintain relationships with shops and vendors to ensure needs are met for all levels of the organization
- Work with Manager and Vendors to manage the annual budget objectives for Medical and MTM Health and Wellness Vendors; identify improvements through trend visualization
- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized HR department documents and work processes
- Fosters positive team member relations through a culture of inclusivity, open and transparent 2-way communications, innovative workplace practices and compliance with all applicable laws
What You Bring
- 2 years’ supervisory experience in an equivalent role or internal demonstrated experience
- Good Communication skills with Collaborative Mindset
- Demonstrated high proficiency in Excel and data analysis
What Will Set You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, or related field
- 5 years’ supervisory experience in an equivalent role or internal demonstrated experience
