Key Responsibilities

• Manages to ensure compliance, fair and consistent administration of the Company policies, procedures and USDA/FDA policies.
• Is responsible for supporting, managing, or implementing Food Safety and Product Quality standards.
• Leads the Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives for the entire Idaho Campus that results in total employee safety and environmental compliance.
• Uses leadership competencies to create a shift team that exceeds expected deliverables (production/volumes, employee relations, budgets, quality, and safety).           
• Conducts oneself in a professional manner, ensures confidentiality regarding sensitive issues related to Company and employee issues.        
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of employee relation issues with utmost professionalism and timeliness.                      
• Ensure that additional accountabilities as may be required by management be handled in a manner necessary to meet operational goals.
• Manages and coordinates facility activities to ensure performance goals such as quality, sanitation, food safety and grade yield are met or exceeded. Assist with New Product Startups.
• Maintains Metrics/Downtime, SPC and All Production Reporting; drive reduced startup, Assure Accurate Inventory Control Scans.
• Responsible for shift scheduling and overtime.
