Position Responsibilities

Lead HR programs, services and strategies for 200+ employees.

Motivate, lead and develop team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.

Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers and HR team members on high-growth recruitment strategies, organizational structure and staffing levels.

Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.

Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.

Partner with leadership to keep employees engaged and aligned to company success.
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
-
PHR certification preferred.
-
7+ years HR / recruitment manager experience including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Familiar using an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday a plus.

Experience managing HR for a warehouse / distribution and shift environment.

Available for travel to job fairs and to Uline's North American locations for extended training.
