The Role

Swan is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping Swan's financial strategy, driving financial planning and analysis initiatives, and managing treasury operations to support our growth.

Your responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the development and implementation of Swan's financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track financial performance and measure progress against targets.
• Collaborate with business units to develop financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investment opportunities.

Treasury Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to manage Swan's Bitcoin holdings, liquidity, and risk effectively.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources and support operational requirements.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions and liquidity providers.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury management, and/or corporate finance roles.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury operations, and Bitcoin ecosystem.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• US timezones required.
