Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical modeling or analysis experience, ideally developing or interfacing directly with production systems; 1+ years of direct management experience
- Proven ability to mentor and coach junior engineers
- Ability to balance long-term thinking and planning with short-term execution on tactical goals
- High standard for engineering excellence and experience creating processes and an environment where team members can do their best work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The national pay range for this role is $200,000 plus additional On Target Earnings potential by level and equity in the company. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for a company of our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
