Position Summary:
The Mrs. Fields E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations and functionality of mrsfields.com Ensuring the platform is up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing to provide a delightful shopping experience leading to conversions. You will implement layout changes, update product listings, and optimize navigation for enhanced user experience. You will also set up website graphics and promotions making sure seasonal changes to product assortment are featured for site visitors and collection pages are optimized to drive sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating a variety of internal interfaces for item setup and website content
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of website images, copy, products, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor website to ensure the product is merchandised accurately
- Maintain site navigation and product categories, including seasonal pages, and update as necessary
- Create and schedule website content changes and promotions
- Stay current with online product availability, remove expired promotions and products
- Update homepage offers and add/delete shipping calendar options
- Leverage website analytics to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, featured product placement, and general online shopping experiences to identify opportunities to reduce website friction and increase conversion
- Update and maintain product filters, tags, navigation, landing page experiences, and redirects
- Monitor current e-commerce trends and events, competitors’ websites, and new developments throughout e-commerce in general and the food gifting industry in particular
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a member of an E-Commerce team, or business equivalent
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Knowledge and experience using Shopify and apps used to manage Shopify Plus stores
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills; written and oral communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Suite
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Prefer to make this an Exempt role, so this might need to be deleted or just mention need to work extra hours during peaks, but not overtime.
- Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekends as needed due to business needs
Job Environment and Conditions:
Working conditions are generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Some travel may be requested.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
