Responsibilities:
- Reach out to users, via phone and email, who have payment issues related to initial failed payment, card failure, or expired card status to retrieve updated information
- Coordinate with our Customer Success and other internal teams to process Billing operations tasks for clients
- Respond to and process ad hoc billing related questions from clients related to updating payment methods, updating invoices, extending access for payment in process, etc
- Collaborate with Seamless.AI’s Support, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Accounting teams to improve communication and promote billing efficiency related to our product
- Be an expert in Seamless billing structure and our payment management software
- Exercise discretion while handling sensitive information and determining appropriate course of action while adhering to billing guidelines and policies
- Pull up most recent closed won opp in Salesforce - Ensure the billing update in Stripe is updated in Salesforce

Education and Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role as a Billing Support professional at a SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience crafting well-written, helpful responses to broad audiences
- Proven ability to meet deadlines to achieve productivity KPIs
- Previously demonstrated the ability to exercise judgment in weighing options that could directly impact the retention of customers
