What you and your team will do:

    • General IT and Desktop Support
    • System Access and Application Support
    • Asset and Endpoint Management
    • Other IT projects and initiatives

What you’ll need:

    • 3+ years of professional experience in Information Technology
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Communicates effectively in English
    • Strong technical knowledge of Mac operating systems and other relevant software
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and support experience (connectivity, VPN, printing, etc.)
    • Familiar with common access/authentication systems and tools (e.g. Rippling)
    • Familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, MS Office, and other commonly used tools
    • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
