PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand brand opportunities with new buyers - ad agencies, brand-direct
- Cover current buyers with daily proactive pitches, educating buyers on our clients and expertise, deepening relationships and maximizing opportunities.
- Set weekly in-person meetings with buyers and act as company’s representative at various industry events
- Proven track record of building achievable sales forecasts, reporting, and managing to a total goal. In our high volume business, you will remain focused on driving growth of a strong sales pipeline in areas with the highest impact, helping our team craft even larger and strategic partnerships
- Ideate new and innovative ways to help our clients monetize with brands
- Create new revenue streams for roster with a focus on streamlining deals across the entire roster of talent
- Forge deep relationships with Talent Managers who support our clients
- Act as a key resource for our Talent Managers, bringing them market intelligence and new opportunities for our clients
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years experience in brand partnerships at a talent agency, management company, influencer marketing agency, agency of record, etc
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Focused understanding of the creator economy and influencers including selling influencer marketing deals for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap for a Gen Z audience
- Strong communicator and team player who shares information and helps to lift up all members of the team with a positive attitude
- Skilled business development executive who enjoys making connections and bringing opportunities back to the team for execution
- Able to sell across a wide roster, not specifically for a limited number of clients or verticals
- Proactive, highly organized, self-motivated, and adapts well with change
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and the ability to connect with anyone from internal talent to external C-level suite

The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $130,000 commensurate with experience.
