Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development: Create and oversee the demand generation strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Campaign Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and launch highly-targeted campaigns that include paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, events, and more.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement strategies and programs to generate, qualify, and nurture leads to create a steady pipeline for the sales team.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Drive targeted marketing strategies for high-value accounts to create personalized buying experiences across all marketing channels.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to leverage and produce content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Event Management: Lead the strategy and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, to foster connections and drive leads.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-orientation.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track, measure, and analyze campaign results, leveraging insights to iterate and enhance performance against objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing teams, sales, product, and leadership to ensure integrated and effective marketing strategies.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing to enterprise organizations, with a proven track record in demand generation for cybersecurity or other related IT technologies that employ a channel-based distribution model.
- Proficiency in various marketing technologies and platforms, including marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to drive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management.
