JOB SUMMARY EmployBridge is looking for a senior data scientist to help transform recruiting. The data scientist will be responsible for end-to-end modeling, machine learning, and analytical projects, including gathering and interpreting data, building and testing models, and preparing for deployment to production. The data scientist will also collaborate with peers to expand a data-driven decision-making culture at EmployBridge.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Develop innovative data science solutions with machine learning, statiscal and quantitative modeling.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis of complex business questions to deliver actionable insights to leaders.
• Explore, wrangle, and cleanse data to solve problems and identify new opportunities for analysis and data science.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaborate with engineering to ensure effective deployment of models and/or datasets.
• Research and develop new techniques and share findings with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree or 3-6 years related experience
• Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, math, natural sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of data science experience.
• Strong machine learning and statistical modeling expertise.
• Experience in recommendation systems.
• Strong background in SQL and Python.
• Experience working in ML infrastructure, with Databricks a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $130,000 to $155,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.  The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
