Business Architect Analyst BPMN Experienced
The BPMN Experienced Business Architecture Analyst, BAA, supports EmployBridge and provides business and functional processes to the Enterprise Business Architecture (EBA) Team to align technical solutions with business needs. The BAA EBA gathers information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to capture business processes using the business process model and notation (BPMN) methodology framework. Partnering with internal customers and stakeholders to understand both their business objectives and requirements to accurately define, analyze, and interpret processes across the enterprise and the relationships between those processes, to help in decision making. Working closely with the business owners, data owners and enterprise architecture team to ensure that processes are documented to provide traceability through the organization to illustrate strategic and tactical enterprise goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication and group presentation skills, strong analytical and project management skills, and great business acumen.
BPMN Experienced Business Architecture Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist in the discovery and documentation of current and future processes
- Translate discussion and guidance into process and document workflow using BPMN 2.0
- Gain in depth knowledge of the enterprise and systems, including functionality that are important to the business
- Facilitate fact-finding and information gathering work session with various stakeholders (business and technology)
- Conduct process discovery and elaboration work sessions to conduct current state processes
- Conduct and facilitate work sessions to gather requirements
- Create documents and other artifacts to promote sustainable knowledge management of the businesses processes
- Partner with cross functional teams and business stakeholders to develop and document processes to effectively identify dependencies, and gaps to support and enhance key business initiatives
- Refine the business process workflows to detailed leveled requirements appropriate for technical and non-technical understanding
- Perform process flow and data flow gap analysis to determine opportunities for improvement
- Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected processes, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues
- Actively participate in the weekly stand up and project stand up meetings
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, analyze complex processes and compare multiple sources of information to effectively document the process flow at the enterprise level
- Actively liaise between business and technical teams to achieve and support business goals
BPMN Experienced Business Architecture Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of business process experience required
- Strong knowledge of BPMN method including process mapping
- Hands-on experience with Business Process Documentation
- Knowledge of Lucid and/or MS Visio required
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, as well as problem solving ability
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Must be a team player and able to work with and through others
- Good documentation and process skills
- Prior experience as business analyst or business architect a plus
- Staffing Industry experience, a plus
- Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and inquisitive, proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to develop and communicate actionable insights from research findings
- Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
- Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills
- Experience working in a matrixed organization
- Ability to obtain, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources
The anticipated annual base salary for this position in the US is $82,000 to $105,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
