Osmosis Films (www.osmosisfilms.com), a Ruder Finn company is a rapidly growing New York-based creative studio and production company focused on building powerful creative experiences across films, series, animation, motion graphics, interactive content and more. Our people make all the difference in our success. We are searching for an Associate Producer with experience across short and long form video and animation projects. This position is a fast-track opportunity to learn production skills required to be a successful Producer.
Ideal candidates will have client-facing experience and will have a desire to be a part of a small and rapidly growing team. Applicants must have exceptionally strong written and verbal communications skills, experience in production, creative ability, and interest in a wide range of organizations and industries and ideas.
Key responsibilities
Creative Support: Support directors on both animated and live action projects, including researching archival materials and stock footage, transcript review and soundbite selection, and quality control of content for client delivery
Shoot Coordination: Source and book crew and manage production logistics for in-person and virtual shoots
Client Communication: Assist in client communication and deliveries
Office Management: Request and manage internal resources across many different projects
Qualifications
1-3 years tv/video production experience
Experience with Microsoft Office required
Exceptional communicator, verbally and visually, and experience with external client communication
Must be responsible and organized, with strong interpersonal skills

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $60,000 – $70,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
