SENIOR SOLUTIONS EDUCATOR

Provide change management and training expertise in support of strategic business objectives for client implementations and Eyefinity software applications.

Collaborate with implementation consultants to understand clients’ business workflow and apply that knowledge during training sessions with the client

Manage client expectations around application features and functionality

Investigate, track, and resolve client issues during the implementation

Complete thorough and accurate documentation of training sessions

Execute post-Go-Live advanced education to meet client’s needs

Collaborate with internal business partners to provide feedback on curriculum, ensuring successful implementation and long-term client retention

Work with Customer Support to resolve any post Go-Live client technical questions or issues.

Ensure all stakeholders receive feedback on documentation and processes used within a project to ensure quality services, improve efficiencies, and ease the implementation process.

Facilitate virtual or in-office Train-the-Trainer sessions to provide post Go-Live training follow-up and to answer any business or software/service-related questions.

Keep up to date with new version upgrades by coordinating testing and education with internal business partners

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience training for end users

Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard for communication

Ability to be a team player and work effectively and prioritize customer satisfaction

Desired experience implementing business or clinically oriented software solutions

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated leadership skills

A project management background is a plus

Proven ability to motivate and work within a team environment

Multi-tasking across several training projects

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with business owners and staff

Demonstrated competency in communication, training, presentation, research investigation, and issue analysis

Demonstrated ability to work with and teach varying degrees of abilities and experience levels using technology, software tools, and hands-on training methods to address adult learning styles

Knowledge of computer-based training software, word processing, and presentation tools.

Knowledge of web-based training and tracking tools

Ability to deliver effective, clear, and professional presentations, both virtually and in person to clients.

Knowledge of tools – Word, Excel, OneNote, Salesforce, SharePoint

Ability to travel up to 25%

Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
