Troubleshoot and repair equipment at each customer location.
Provide on-going training for driver’s related to the appropriate use of each piece of equipment.
Perform inventory management duties particularly at contract accounts.
Make follow-through phone contact with customers to ensure repair work is working properly.
Respond to all service calls in a timely manner.
Maintain service vehicle properly stocked with parts and mechanically sound.
Perform written service reports for each customer visit while on customer property.
Report abuse or damage of equipment to proper customer and company authorities at the time of observance.
Perform chemical titrations at each location to ensure proper operating parameters are maintained.
Report unsafe acts by chemical delivery personnel or customer personnel for correction.
Provide weekly reporting to technical manager of travel activities, time devoted to customer service.
Provide monthly parts consumption.
Provide monthly expense reports and maintain travel expenses within established company guidelines.
Maintain personal appearance and company vehicle in a clean, neat, and professional manner.
