Duties & Responsibilities:

Account Management

• Perform regular program audits including data collection & entry in AquaAnalytics platform and technical comment writing.
• Troubleshoot quality variances in the existing program and perform adjustments.
• Manage and support customers across a given geography that utilizes a wide range of product lines while creating a superior value add.
• Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs of different equipment.
• Responsible for conducting regular customer business reviews, financial results and building strong long-term customer relationships at key accounts.
• Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities and perform payback calculations.
• Effective communicator who collaborates with team members and other cross functional support employees.

Travel Requirements:

• This position requires daily travel to customer sites from your home base.
• Overnight and international travel may be required from time to time. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental or Industrial) or a related field experience with technical diploma.
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience in metalworking, water treatment, surface finishing and/ or cleaning & sanitation is and asset, but not required.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products and CRM functionality
• Involvement in manufacturing associations aligned with field of expertise.
