We're looking for a Senior Revenue Analyst (Remote, US)
About The Role…
Cornerstone is seeking for self-motivated, numbers-driven, and team-player Revenue Analysts to join a fast-growing collaborative team. Instrumental to the success of our revenue growth, the Revenue Analysts will assess trends, share insights and guide process/system improvements to scale data-driven-decisions. We are hiring for multiple positions focused on strategic priorities including forecasting and pipeline management, customer retention and renewal management, product penetration and pricing optimization, as well as lead partners to regional executives. In this role you will...
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis
- Interpret findings and share reporting of risks / opportunities to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM data collection and reporting standards
- Support high-level decision making to address complex business needs and promote efficiency in the pre- and post-Sales process
- Assist with ad-hoc requests and special data projects to support go-to-market strategies
You’ve Got What It Takes If You...
- Have a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience as analyst
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and salesforce.com; e.g., Tables, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Nested Ifs, Lookups
- Have experience working in a SaaS company, preferably B2B company
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
- Have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Have strong business/financial acumen
- Be proactive, dependable, detailed oriented and have a self-starter work ethic
- Be excited to learn and teach others
- Ability to visualize concepts and data into consumable presentation
- Ability to succinctly communicate complex concepts
- Demonstrate logical and analytical thinking, and intellectual curiosity
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
Extra dose of awesome if you...
- Have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Computer Science
- Have Experience with query languages (SQL, Python)
- Have experience working in BI tools such as Einstein Analytics/Tableau and PowerBI
