Biobot is seeking a highly proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This critical role will provide day to day administrative support to the CEO, as well as helping to improve and maintain the office space. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who is able to anticipate and meet the operational needs of the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (What you will be doing):
First and foremost, provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO. Including but not limited to proactive calendar management, travel management, document and presentation preparation, and expense reporting.
Project manage critical executive activities (board meetings, investor meetings, public relations, speaking engagements, etc), including scheduling, material preparation, event logistics, catering, and more.
Plan and execute annual Leadership Team Offsite
Support a wide array of administrative and office management tasks, as needed.
Support People Operations initiatives, as needed, such as on-site candidate interviews, employee orientations, and happy hours.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements (What you need to succeed):
At least five years of experience supporting an Executive.
Minimum of 2 years of office management experience.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to compose correspondence and content materials.
Responsive and proactive, with the ability to work well under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands.
Strong organizational and analytical skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience in a startup environment is preferred.
