Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Accountant to join our team in Bellevue, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's financial records and providing accurate and timely financial information to management. Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
Recording, maintaining and reconciling financial transactions in compliance with company policies, procedures and GAAP
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting to management
Assisting with budget and forecast preparation
Supporting internal and external audits
Collaborating with the team to provide financial information and assistance to the management
Preparing and analyzing financial reports and providing recommendations for improvements
Other accounting-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with accounting software, and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work in an office environment
