Senior Accountant (Bellevue, WA)
We are a rapidly growing law firm in Bellevue, WA looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations and provide support to the accounting team
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Perform end of period accounting activities such as account reconciliations
• Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing
• Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns
Job Requirement:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish
• CPA certification is preferred, but not required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting software
• Ability to work independently
