Job Description:
Must have Hands on Customization - Lightning LWC, Lightning AURA, APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch,Schedule Apex,VF Components, Test Class
Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, etc Security Model, Data Model
Experience with Salesforce platform, Sales cloud, opportunity management, products, forecasting
Job Requirement:
Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge, Live Agent, Chatter, Force.com Sites, and understanding web services API
Very good hands on experience of Service Cloud product features like Lightning Service Console, Case Management, social customer service, automation with macros,Asset & order management, Entitlement and Milestone, Live chat, Omnichannel and CTI
Hands-on experience in Integrating with REST and SOAP based Web Services
A solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
