Denver Staffing Services is seeking an Sales Manager for local/independent roofing company producing over 1K roofs annually bringing in over $14MM in revenue. Excellent reputation in Denver including A+ in the Better Business Bureau. Also, we have won recognition and awards from GAF and Owens Corning.The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations of the company including creating and managing the sales and canvassing team, driving leads and new business. Also, will be formulating overall sales, managing sales people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a proven Sales Manager with a successful track record, as well as thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people have all the tools they need to be successful, while managing the revenue of the company. We believe in our mission and pride ourselves on integrity and knowledge.Responsibilities:-Managing and Developing Sales Teams, Driving Sales and Create Leads-Manage Canvassing Teams-Creating Sales and Marketing Plans-Lead Generation Strategies- Oversee Sales day-to-day operations- Commence, facilitate, and supervise roofing operations- Design strategy and set goals for sales growth- Set policies and processes- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally- Oversee recruitment and training of new sales employees- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance- - Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss ofbusiness to competitors-Requirements:-5 years proven experience as an Sales Manager in the construction industry.--Ability to manage successful sales teams.- Experience in sales, planning and budgeting- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement,operations etc.)- Strong analytical ability- Excellent communication skills- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving aptitude and process management skills- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
