Job Description: Lumenal Lighting, a commercial lighting contractor with over 40 years of service excellence, specializes in high-efficiency LED upgrades and retrofits. We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager. This role will plan, organize, and manage complex projects, including overseeing a team of Project Managers and Field Technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Primary Duties include:
- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project; prepares and implements budget based on estimate
- Creates change orders and develops schedules.
- Prepares, completes and submits O&M manuals to clients within 30 days of substantial completion
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
- Serves as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors when issues arise.
- Works with CFO to review operations team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or Engineering) and at least three years of related experience. Industry experience a plus.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Performance-driven, strong problem solving and analytical skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
