Job Description: We are a fast-growing high-end luxury residential development company with enormous growth opportunities in 2021 and beyond. We are seeking a self-motivated Architectural 3D Modeler to join our growing and dynamic team. If you are dedicated, eager, self-motivated, and work well in a small business setting, this position is perfect for you. The right candidate will be highly involved with multiple projects and work hand in hand with the principal helping develop and create beautiful masterpieces. Individuals must have 3D modeling experience of 3+ years including rendering knowledge and proven experience. You must have experience in drafting and construction drawings with the ability to produce and meet deadlines. Must be able to problem-solve and follow office standards in developing quality documents and models. Strong knowledge of means and methods of residential construction is a must. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Architecture and Design teams to produce renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials that visually communicate design intent, concepts, and design options Build and develop 3D models of entire buildings and houses to study materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches and CAD files Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail, simultaneously juggling multiple projects under tight deadlines Proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of developments and actively finds solutions JOB REQUIREMENTS Superior spatial planning and 3D model-building skills Professional experience translating 2D drawings into a 3D models Background or degree in Architecture Proficiency in Modeling Software: Form Z, 3D Studio Max, and Revit Proficiency in Rendering Software: V-Ray, Maxwell, or equivalents such as Lumion or Enscape Experience with Unreal Engine Strong interpersonal skills to work well independently and collaboratively Strong knowledge of means and methods of residential construction is a must
