We are looking for a Trading Support Analyst to join our leading energy OTC Trading Team. This person will work closely with traders in Chicago and Dublin to support operations as well as contribute to the execution of our trading strategies in oil and refined products. This role offers the opportunity to be exposed to the leading edge of both electronic and OTC oil futures and swaps trading. This person should have the ability to work well both on their own and in a team environment.
- Support traders with all aspects of the trading lifecycle, including manual entry of trades, reconciliations, rebates, settlement, and reporting
- Support of automated trading strategies
- Analyze trading desk fees with a focus on financing and market-making costs
- Ensure timely settlement of trades and accuracy of books and records
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with VBA are a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and urgency when completing tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the ability to multitask
