Job Description: Job Description: Immediate opening for a full-time experienced Electronic Technician Level III. Position Summarization: The desired candidate is responsible for troubleshooting all aspects of electrical components, equipment, products, machinery, and/or systems. The candidate will be required to possess advanced knowledge of commonly used electrical concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing setting. Principle Duties Include (but are not limited to): · Performs quality control checks on electrical/software systems before sending them to other departments · Performs a variety of skilled work in the Engineering department related to successful flow of all Client’s products · Assists the VP of Engineering and VP of Research and Development with electrical testing, analysis, and research · Collaborates with all other Client departments to ensure that customer commitments are met Prior to receiving a job offer, the candidate may undergo an initial background check, a reference check, and drug screening. Additionally, random drug screening compliance is required. Job Requirement:Essential Skills and Experience: · A basic knowledge of electrical/electronic concepts, analog and digital design and circuitry · Possess the ability to use personal computers for word processing, test result analysis and information retrieval · The candidate must have a proven “attention to detail” focus on work assignments · Have a solid knowledge of AC and DC electronics to include analog and digital electronic theory, be able to read schematics, and effectively interpret them · Possess a friendly, proactive personal style and be a proven team player and exceptional communicator Beneficial Skills and Experience: · Circuit simulation, schematic capture, microcontroller knowledge, production test fixture design and support, programming in C, C#, and Visual Basic · Must understand how to safely work with pneumatics, fluid pumps and have basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems · Entrepreneurial small company experience with ability and desire to be hands-on and ‘wear many hats’ when needed · Commitment to company values and mission · Flexibility to assist other departments and perform other jobs as instructed · Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance Experience And Education: · 10 years of experience and AS or BS Degree in Electronic Technology, (Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).
