Job Description: Seattle Search Group, the leader in staffing and recruiting, has teamed up with America’s largest window installation and repair company to find a Lead Installer for their Mountlake Terrace, WA location.
They are looking for a top-notch installer who is capable of producing a high-quality product. What do we mean when we say they want a “top-notch” installer? Just the basics, but done well: tight miters, clean caulking, straight liner cutbacks, etc. If you’re the best, we’ve got a long-term home for you with a solid, stable company.
They are primarily a nailfin replacement shop, with the occasional block frame/retrofit job. They do a moderate amount of jobs requiring new liner and casing, so good carpentry skills are important.
Job Requirements:
- Installation of windows, sliding glass doors and entry doors
- General carpentry and finish carpentry
- Jobsite cleanup and other general labor
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of replacement window experience with fine craftmanship and attention to detail.
- Clean, professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. and work off ladders
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and techniques.
- Be able to pass a drug test (cannabis is ok)
